Returns and complaints

Detailed conditions for returns and complaints are specified in the regulations.

The most important you should know -> our fronts, panels, blends, furniture legs and other products marked "NON-PREFABRICATED PRODUCT, MADE TO ORDER" are non-prefabricated elements and are manufactured to order according to specification of your choice. For this reason, after ordering them, you are not entitled to return the purchased goods without giving a reason (in accordance with Article 38 § 3 of the Consumer Rights Act).

For other ready-made elements, such as furniture handles, you have a 14-day return period, provided that the packaging and its contents are undamaged. The cost of returning the purchased goods remains with the Consumer and its cost can be checked based on the Poczta Polska shipment price list

You receive a warranty for the manufactured and delivered elements. Before packaging, each front and element of furniture undergoes quality control. It is important to verify the parcel in the presence of curier, it has not been damaged during the transport.

Out-of-court methods of resolving disputes: possibility of using free assistance from the district (municipal) consumer ombudsman or associations dealing with the protection of consumer rights, including the Association of Polish Consumers, which provide customers with advices at the e-mail address:
